Celtic Summer Conditioning is an opportunity for any female athlete to participate in a total conditioning program for five weeks. The program is NOT sport specific and will emphasize overall fitness. The goal of the program is to build strong, well-conditioned athletes who can perform to the best of their ability in their chosen sport. The program will focus on building strength, improving foot speed, increasing vertical jump, agility, and overall physical fitness. The program will be supervised by Lori Hanaway (Varsity volleyball coach) and Mary Haggerty (Varsity basketball/soccer coach).
